1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a jillis account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these documents, you must immediately cease using the jillis Platform and refrain from creating an account. jillis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without the express written permission of jillis. The jillis name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jillis and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your account; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Platform; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; or (f) any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your jillis account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with jillis shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jillis retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
